With her background of client relationship and operational efficiency, Penny works as Origin Digital's Executive Assistant; keeping things running for Managing Director, Jeremy Wolf and Technical Director at Origin Digital, Adam Fitzgerald.

With a passion for fostering positive working relationships, music and a commitment to making every day a success, Penny tackles each task with enthusiasm, ensuring her directors are well-fed and well-supported. Umair brings over two decades of experience across the globe in software development and IT consultancy, specializing in Microsoft technologies. His career highlights include roles such as Technical Lead at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and Delivery Manager at Last Yard. Umair holds a Master of Commerce in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology from Curtin University of Technology, along with an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from Informatics. His technical expertise spans C#, SharePoint, .NET, ASP .NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Entity Framework, PowerShell Scripting, AJAX, and SQL Server, among other technologies.

Outside of work, Umair is passionate about food and cooking, with a particular love for his barbecue. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and is known for his appreciation of a good cup of coffee #coffeesnob

Victoria brings over a decade of expertise in document management, cultivated through a diverse range of roles at notable organizations such as Wave International, CSBP, and Alcoa. Her career began at BHP Billiton, where she delved into the complexities of document control, setting the foundation for her extensive experience in the field.

Holding an MBA in Marketing from Curtin University of Technology, Masters of Education in Early Childhood Education & Teaching from Southern Cross University, and a Bachelors of Communication in Business & Marketing from Edith Cowan University.

Beyond her professional achievements, Victoria is known for her passion for puzzles, her talent for baking mouthwatering goodies, and her unwavering love for her two dogs. Her dedication to both her career and personal hobbies makes her an invaluable member of our team, bringing organisation, creativity, and a dash of sweetness to everything she does.

Cameron brings a wealth of dedication and versatility to our team, currently specialising in Business Improvement through Digital Transformation. With a focus on operational excellence, quality, risk, and compliance, he harnesses technology to drive organisational growth and empower customers.

Before joining us, Cam accumulated extensive experience in roles ranging from Quality Control and Quality Management to Project Management and Risk and Compliance. He has consistently improved processes and developed essential tools, often building them from scratch. His expertise extends to the Microsoft suite, including Excel, SharePoint Intranets, and Power Platform applications.

Outside of work, Cam's world revolves around his loving wife, precious baby boy, and really shows his competitive side when board games come out. Known for his infectious laughter, Cam brings positivity and camaraderie to our workplace every day.
